Chill-filtered and aged in charred oak bourbon barrels for three years. Mellowed with a subtle blend of banana, vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of ginger. Dark, coppery amber in colour with burnished copper highlights. On the nose, molasses, banana, chocolate, vanilla and a touch of ginger. A long and extremely smooth finish.
